About Me
My Professional Experience
After completing my studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016, I had the privilege of working at the Brain Bio Centre, which was a London based specialist clinic in brain and mental health, where I was mentored by senior clinicians. After 5 years of clinical practice, I decided to further my training and complete advanced modules at the Institute of Functional Medicine, certifying fully as a Functional Medicine Practitioner in 2023. Whilst undergoing training at IFM, I worked part time as a clinician educator for a diagnostic lab where I educated other clinicians (doctors, nutritionists, chiropractors, herbalists etc) on how to interpret their patients’ labs so that they can adequately tailor their health plans to their test results, as well as supporting my patients through my online clinic. I now focus exclusively on my online functional medicine clinic - Whole Mind Health - as well as consulting with various companies around the world on integrative medicine.

When you’ve been struggling with ongoing symptoms — whether that’s fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety, low mood, poor sleep, hormone imbalances, brain fog, skin flare-ups or feeling generally “not like yourself” — it can start to affect every part of daily life. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and unsure where to start, especially if they’ve been dealing with symptoms for a long time without getting clear answers.
I believe health is rarely about one isolated issue. Your symptoms are often shaped by a combination of factors, including nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, hormones, immune function, lifestyle and the cumulative impact of life’s demands on the body. That’s why my approach doesn’t focus on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice — it focuses on understanding you as a whole person.
Together, we explore the factors that may be contributing to how you feel, which can include things like:
Digestive imbalances and poor gut function
Blood sugar instability and energy crashes
Hormone imbalances
Nutrient deficiencies or increased nutrient needs
Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
Inflammation and immune dysfunction
Sleep disruption and lifestyle patterns that affect recovery
Rather than offering generic protocols, I work with you to build a clear, practical and personalised plan that feels manageable in the context of your life. My goal is to help you understand what may be driving your symptoms and support you in making realistic changes that improve your energy, resilience and long-term health.
I work one-to-one with adults who are looking for a deeper, root-cause approach to their health — whether you’re dealing with a long-standing issue or simply know that something doesn’t feel right. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.

What is functional medicine?
We are all unique individuals, with varying health histories, genetics, lifestyles, and psycho-emotional wellbeing, and this is precisely why a large part of functional medicine involves understanding who you are as an individual, your detailed personal and family history, the circumstances around your first symptoms, and the experiences you may have had with other healthcare providers.
